School Principal

Welcome to Wetzel Elementary School. Our school is full of professionals that care about children and provide a variety of experiences to ensure their academic success. It is a pleasure to work with such dedicated professionals on a daily basis.

The mission of the Wetzel Elementary School Community is to promote an environment that enables all students to acquire the knowledge and skills to become successful life-long learners and responsible citizens in an ever-changing, global society. Our school's continuous school improvement goals are:

  1. All students will increase their literacy skills across the curriculum.
  2. All students will increase their thinking skills across the curriculum.

We wish to invite you to become active participants in your child's academic success by ensuring your child comes to school daily ready to learn and regularly completes homework assignments. We also invite you to become an active volunteer, communicate with your child's teachers, and attend events throughout the school year.
